Can I import my dog or cat into Singapore?Yes, as long as your pet meets breed, health, and vaccination requirements. We’ll verify eligibility and manage the entire process for you.

What happens when my pet arrives in Singapore?We’ll arrange: • Arrival inspection with NParks • Customs and GST clearance • Safe transfer to your home or quarantine centre

What vaccinations does my pet need?• Dogs: Distemper, Adenovirus Type 1, Parvovirus • Cats: Calicivirus, Herpesvirus-1, Panleukopenia • Rabies: Required for pets from rabies-risk countries (Schedules II & III), followed by a blood test (rabies serology test)

Is quarantine required for all pets?Quarantine is based on the origin country: • Schedule I: No quarantine • Schedule II: 10 days (home or facility) in some cases • Schedule III: 30 days at the Animal Quarantine Centre (AQC) We’ll advise the exact duration for your case.

How many pets can I keep in an HDB flat?As of 1 September 2024: • 1 HDB-approved dog • Up to 2 cats (licensed, microchipped, and kept indoors with secure windows) We will ensure your pet setup complies with HDB rules.

Are all breeds allowed in Singapore?No. The following are prohibited: • Dogs: Pit Bulls, Akita, Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Neapolitan Mastiff, Boerboel, Perro De Presa Canario, and crosses of these. • Cats: Bengal and Savannah breeds up to 4th generation. Proof of 5th generation or higher is required.

What do I need to prepare before export?We’ll guide you through: • Vet-administered parasite treatment (2–7 days before export) • Health certificate and government vet endorsement • Airline-compliant crate • Captain’s declaration (for certain countries)

How much do the licences and quarantine cost?• Licence (sterilised pet): From S$15/year, or S$35 one-time • Quarantine (if needed): • Non-aircon: S$643 • Aircon: S$926.50 (Deposits required during booking)

What permits and licences are needed?We’ll assist you with: • Dog/cat licence (mandatory) • AVS import permit • Quarantine reservation (if needed) • Customs clearance • Inspection booking with NParks

Is a rabies blood test mandatory?Yes, for most countries except rabies-free ones. Test must be: • Done ≥ 28 days after vaccination • Result ≥ 0.5 IU/ml • Completed 90 to 365 days before export
